The 2018 Dodge Durango SRT Is A Muscle Car In SUV Form

It’s very clear from the video below that Dodge want everybody to know that the 2018 Dodge Durango SRT is every bit the most powerful three-row vehicle. sporting a 392 CI. Hemi V8 engine with 475 HP and 470 lb-ft of torque just a 0 to 60 mph time of only 4.4 seconds and the quarter-mile time is 12.9 seconds.

The Durango has been given the SRT treatment to make it more like a 3 row Charger with large front grille, he extractors in the hood and cold-air ducts to finish off the look. There is also a new 2.75-inch dual exhaust which is tuned to replicate a Charger SRT, along with interior performance items such as a a tachometer, a dynamometer readout, a new electronic T-shifter and a 180 mph speedometer.

There is also an eight speed automatic transmission featuring Autostick and paddle shifters for manual changes. You also get stiffened suspension, Brembo brakes and new 20-by-10-inch wheels in a new color Black Noise. if that wasn’t enough, you also get a days worth of tuition at Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving.

The SUV plans to go on sale this fall and with a bold look and performance it should stand squarely against the charger and Challenger in the performance stakes.
