The World’s Quickest Dodge Hellcat Challenger

Ricky Ellison set a new record time for a Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat at the Modern Street Hemi Shootout, Beech Bend Raceway, Kentucky this past weekend.

With minor upgrades to the car, Ricky was able to hit a time of 9.59 seconds at 141.05mph, proving the Hellcat Challenger is the fastest modern muscle car.

The Hellcat was tuned by HHP, with minor upgrades, including a 2.75 upper pulley, ID1000 Fuel Injectors, overdrive lower pulley, Driveshaft Shop aluminum driveshaft and 17 inch Weld Racing wheels. No nitrous here, just what the stock engine can deliver.

It proves that with minor modifications, the Dodge hellcat is a worthy straight-line drag racer straight out of the box.
