Missippi’s Bobby Ducote’s and his 1971 Ford Maverick gapping the competition in the new Discovery Channel series Street Outlaws New Orleans. He sits # 1 on their small tire list.
Lil Legend is all Ford Powered by a Yates-headed 458 cubic-inch small-block built by Greg Brown Racing Engine with a healthy shot of nitrous, pr4oducing 2300HP. The engine features Wiseco Pistons, Williams Carburettors ‘Dominator,’ PTC Torque Converters powerglide into a Chrysler 8 3/4 rear end and 3.90 gears.
It’s awesome to see a Ford Maverick tearing up the streets. Mavericks are certainly uncommon because of their size and limited popularity.
They were manufactured from 1970 to 79, being Ford’s subcompact model to battle the rise of imports. Lil Legend sports a unique chameleon like paint job and set up for 1 purposed, to WIN! Best of luck and safety for Bobby and Lil Legend and your crew, to dominate the nation of outlaw racing.
