1969 Camaro 540 vs 1966 Chevelle 427

This seems to be straightforward drag race between two buddies. One owning a 1969 Camaro 540ci. and the other a 1966 Chevelle 427ci.

So, we are expecting a dramatic showdown, ultrafast times and a result. Well, it turns out that this is more of a demonstration of both cars, with the video concluding with, ‘no losers today.’

In some ways, this isn’t too bad as it’s purely two guys appreciating their cars and having a friendly head-to-head.
For those of you out there new to these vehicles, it will give you a taster of why the Camaro and Chevelle, where so baddass back in the day.
