2016 Shelby Terlingua Mustang

To get some history on the Terlingua Mustang, the Terlingua was originally developed to be a track monster of a car, as opposed to the GT500 super snake.

Terlingua is a town near the border of Mexico where Carroll Shelby used to hang out with his buddies, where they got the idea to set up a Terlingua race team to go against the establishment.
The original got this weird almost Demon rabbit type badging, a paint scheme called god-awful yellow wrapped around a Gt350 and it went out to win the Trans Am series.
There was a remake version in 2007 as a V6, but the 2016 version seems to be the mightiest yet.

The 2016 version has a 750 hp V8 with Whipple supercharger and a 0 to 60 time of 3.5 seconds.
Based on the 2016 Mustang GT, it has a lot of upgrades to get the most from the track, which include Shelby Brembo 6-piston brakes and Weld Racing wheels, Eibach adjustable suspension and the latest Ford Performance half shafts.
One of the external standout features is the huge carbon fibre hood with its front splitter and Terlingua spoiler.

The interior follows the Terlingua theme with racing seats featuring the jackrabbit logo holding its paw in the air, three gauge – pots and custom-made door sills and floor mats.
