1997 Face/Off El Camino

While recently watching one of the best action movies of the late 1990s, Face/Off(suspend your disbelief about the face swapping thing) there’s a little scene were a rather nice 1970 Chevrolet El Camino makes a showing. Apart from a 1984 Chevrolet Corvette C4, it’s the only car in the movie with muscle car credentials.

The car looks to be a 1970 Chevrolet El Camino SS in very nice condition. The El Camino is shown at around 1:52 at the start of the final funeral scene. Not for very long and it’s really only there as an extra, but for any keen muscle car spotter it stands out a mile. An interesting choice and a nice addition all the same.
