This 79 Pontiac Trans Am caught my eye from the obvious electric blue paint job.
Blue isn’t exactly the most reactive color to our eyes, but when it’s this intense, it has the same effect as bright yellow or bright white.

The standout features here are its number matching, great condition – maybe not condition 1, but probably as good as it gets for the price and a possible a ride and drive car, which you can slowly work on and drive and enjoy, without it being so wearing expensive you don’t want even the slightest father to land on it and scratch the hood.

One pet peeve here is where they quote the engine in liters. I am still old school and think of engines in cubic inches, which is really what these old-style engines should be quoted as. Liters for modern cars maybe, but let’s stick to old money for the older versions. So 6.6L must be, like, errr….2000cu. or ,maybe 3000cu., right??

This era of Pontiacs are as bold looking as you can get, so why not buy into the era of Smokey and the bandit and understand why these cars are just as sought-after now as they have ever have been.
