It sounds like throughout the years, this car has been kept under good maintenance with tons of upgraded parts as below.
It also seems that the present owners have a load of extra parts that go with the car. If these are included in the price, is not clear.

The ad also says that the car was bought brand new by Tom Landrys son in law Gary Childress, the former head Dallas Cowboys coach. The second owner only used it on an 8 mile track.

Rebuilt 401 bored out 4.195- 12.5 compression.
New JE pistons
New Demon 650 carburetor
New Crane can
New lifters
New Edelbrock air gap intake
New Mallory Unilit distributor
New mufflers and exhaust
New mallory fuel pump
Machine work on the block:
Oil return holes: 17-1/8 in the lifter valley
Add 1/8:oil line to distributor cam gear
Add 1/4″ line to back chamber
Polish out port on heads and intake
Rebuilt stock Dana 20 rear end with Detroit Locker with 3:54 ratio
Extra ring and pinion: 4.11 & 2.73
Rebuilt TH375 3 speed automatic transmission as well as a T-10 4 speed standard transmission (needs tail housing)
and a steel bell housing and a aluminum bell housing, shifter and linkage
also a 4 speed console for the interior of the car
also a 2×4 intake and another single 4 intake
New radiator core.
All original body parts as well as added sub frame connector.
