1972 Buick Skylark convertible Tribute

Normally, we wouldn’t recommend a tribute, but considering the price and everything on this vehicle, it may be worth a second look.

The car comes with low mileage and is in reasonable condition after being in storage for eight years.

The ad. says the car needs a new gas tank, the paint is okay but not perfect and there is some rust in the trunk.

The engine runs well, but the exhaust needs replacing.

The ad. also says there are other rust issues such as on the right rear frame at the bumper mounting. This usually means there will be some rust spots elsewhere on the car.

The convertible roof definitely needs replacing, which could be the deciding factor here.

So take this car as a work in progress and an ongoing project.
