Hmmm, this could make someone a nice project without having to strip it to the bone.

Hagerty pricing say the average value is between $11,000 and $13,400, Which means you are not getting a complete bargain, but from the ad. information, the cars have a lot of new parts, rust seem superficial and it does seem to be a driver.

The ad says that the ‘Engine is a detailed 318 which I was told by the previous owner is the original motor,’ but to me it looks like a replacement crate engine. I may be wrong on that, but it does look in remarkable condition for the original engine. You will have to double check that one.

Overall, this looks like it could be a fun car to work on and/or a daily driver.
