Dragster Love

When these dragsters originally stormed down the track it was a man’s only sport. Now the dragster has gone through many changes in a very short time. Now, I am no drag car expert but today men and women are racing and getting that quarter mile done in times unimaginable at one time.

today I am amazed at the times and speed. Another amazing fact was if they blow an engine how fast the team can drop in another one and do it again. Maybe 45 minutes tops. It’s a very expensive sport and pure fun.

I do have a wish though. I would love to stand between the dragsters and watch the Christmas tree lights go down to green. Why? I want to feel the engines in my chest as they launch. It most be awesome. So, for all you dragster men and woman you must laugh at us road guys and what we brag about. But, let me reassure you that I am in awe of what your sport was and now is.
