A 1983 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Convertible: Not As We Know It….

Actually, ‘Not as we know it’ is wrong as GM never built a G body 83 Monte Carlo Convertible, but this hunk of muscle started life as a hardtop.

The owner says the Monte Carlo had 15K in work performed, which we can only presume also went into slicing off its roof.
The car is very clean and in good condition and would make a nice little Sunday driver, but please be aware that without a lid on an original hardtop car, it may feel a little ‘saggy’ round the corners without that top reinforcement.

Still, for a bit of early 80s muscle, this is not too bad for the price and the convertible conversion will work well on a nice sunny day.
