A 2001 Chevrolet Camaro SS Z28 is not going to win any prizes for being a classic or have the features of the newest muscle cars, but it’s in the age’s own where it doesn’t cost a fortune you still have tons of driving pleasure.
On the plus side, this is a SS Z/28, the lowest production year in 2001 with 29,009 units, the intake manifold from the LS6 in the same engine from the Corvette Z06 from 2001 to 2004 with 325-horsepower. This model also had ‘improved exhaust and intake systems, bigger wheels and tires, a slightly revised suspension for improved handling and grip while retaining ride comfort, an arc-shaped rear wing for downforce, and different gearing ratios for faster acceleration.’
